Pawan has 32 + Years of Professional Experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Teaching (MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur),Training, Consultancy with Electricity Boards and HR development (Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, Vadodara). He is associated with various schemes of Govt. for reforms in Power, TeleCommunication Sector, PSUs & Educational Institutes.

Pawan has developed Simulation Software for Process Plants. He is main Architect behind development of SoftTech’s eLearning Software Solutions (Multimedia Based Computer Aided Instructions) in various subjects of Engineering/Management/Vocational/Medicines as per curriculum of engineering education for Technical Institutes.
